Back in 2015, while sitting in a corporate meeting heavily pregnant, I had a lightbulb moment. I realised I didn’t want to stay in a career that felt unfulfilling, uninspiring, and disconnected from the things that mattered most to me.
Once on maternity leave, I started hatching a plan - one that would allow me to work on my terms, support others doing what they love, and look forward to going to work each day.
So that’s how Marshall Admin Services was born!
